By accepting a quote you have agreed to the following Terms & Conditions
Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from date creation
- A deposit may be required before work can commence, this will be specified clearly in the quote
- VAT is not payable on services provided by Blue Phoenix Web Design
- On acceptance of the quote, development work will proceed on a temporary site (this will not be the final live site)
- Should you choose Blue Phoenix Web Design to host your site, please specify whether you wish to pay monthly or annually
Work Completion
- Once work has been completed, full payment will be expected 30 days after an invoice has been sent
- Sites will NOT be migrated or domains activated until full payment has been received
After Completion
- Unless support has been requested and agreed upon (this will be specified in the quote/invoice), Blue Phoenix will be available to fix any bugs/issues after the site is officially live for 30 days after full payment has been received
- This support does not cover template modification, additional plugins or additional page creation.
